- Crexi: The second-largest commercial property platform, ensuring further reach.
- Buildout: Your property will be syndicated through Buildout to the CommercialEdge Network and Property Shark.
- Cherokee County Economic Development Platform: Direct exposure to regional economic development stakeholders.
- Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors: I’ll email your property to all members of this professional network.
- Local First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS): Listing on this platform will expand visibility to a broader audience.
- KW Website & My Website: It will be showcased on the Keller Williams website as well as my personal website, www.ddvproperties.com. Feel free to review my sold portfolio.
- Targeted Outreach: I will send the property details directly to high-producing commercial brokers who specialize in Cherokee County.
